“Working at Thrive Support Services has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career. It feels amazing to know I am making a difference in someone’s life. Seeing consumers achieve their goals and make steps towards living independently is so fulfilling. Cultivating relationships with the Thrive staff as well as my consumers has been such a valuable experience. I've learned so much about the importance of patience and having compassion for those who are different from me. I look forward to continuing my journey with Thrive Support Services and doing everything possible to support my co-workers and consumers along the way! ”

as well as

individualized Personal Attendant recognition.

Our Team Members

Must be able to pass a Department of Justice criminal background check as well as a pre-employment drug screening. Need to be certified in CPR/First Aid, or be willing to become certified in the first 30 days of employment.

The Process

The first interview will be with a member of Thrives management staff. The second interview will be with the client and whomever else they choose to support them.

Once the client chooses their staff members, Thrive provides training to prepare you for your assignment as well as on the job training at the clients home so that you can feel confident your first day at work.

Because we are consistently growing, we are able to provide our staff with the ability to grow with the company into positions of more responsibility.

“I really enjoy working for Thrive Support Services. I  have had the privilege of working with both deaf and hearing ILS clients, helping them to reach their goals, which brings me great joy! I hope to continue supporting clients and making their dreams come true. I get to witness the excitement they experienced when a long time goal is reached. We have a really great support system with our staff and I’m so thankful I get to work with them! They make me feel appreciated! ”
